The immigration records we are able to obtain come from various agencies. United States Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) can provide information regarding any entries you may have had to the United States. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) can provide a complete copy of any petitions on your behalf or applications that may have previously been filed with USCIS. The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) can provide records of any removal proceedings you may have previously had.

With regards to criminal records, in addition to obtaining local Certified Criminal Record Searches from local courts, we are able to obtain a more comprehensive criminal record search that spans that United States from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
